Job Profile:
Position: Java Sybase Developer
Experience: 6 - 7 Years
Location UK
Required Skills: (In terms of Technology/Domain/Functional, People Mgt., and Processes)
Mandatory
1. More than 6 years of experience in Java, Struts and Sybase
2. Technical Expertise in Core Java, Struts, Ajax, Sybase
3. Additional Technical skills could be Weblogic & Solaris
4. Strong analytical & problem solving skills
5. Very good communication skills
Preferred
6. Exposure to full project SDLC
7. Good understanding and applicability of UML/OOPS techniques
8. Good interpersonal skills
9. Exposure to ISO/CMM processes
Other Requirements
1. Should be willing to travel to onsite (London) immediately.
2. Initial duration could be from 3 to 6 months and then he may be required to come back to offshore or continue at onsite
3. Profile would be development, requirement analysis, documentation, interaction with onsite business & IT team (and with offshore team, if required).
