The Skills as below:-

Position:- Team Leader
Exp- 3 years to 5 years
Qualification: B.E + M.B.A. / MCA + MBA
Responsibilities include:
• Manage the implementation of automated trade feeds for new and existing hedge fund clients.
• Leading a development team working on these implementations.
• Oversee multiple implementations in various stages of completion.
• Ensure that deadlines are met and progress is clearly communicated.
• Assist in testing client specific functionality to ensure it complies with requirements.
Key Technical Competencies required
• Experience in Java, J2EE
• Database experience.
• Experience of working on Unix Platform.
Required Business/Management Skills:
• Experience working in the financial services industry preferably with good product knowledge across various asset classes (especially over-the-counter)
• Good communication skills particularly in a client-facing environment.
• Should have led a team.
Candidate should not a contract employee
