Based on the information provided by you, your application will be evaluated by our team. IconJob.com hold the rights to cancel your memebrship or membership proposal at its own discretion without assigning any reason without any refund. Misleading job advertisements by sending spam mail or any other mode of advertisement are a criminal offence under LAW. It is generally unlawful for an advertiser to show any intention to discriminate or exploit or mislead on the basis of sex, pregnancy, age, marital status, political or religious belief or activity, parental or carer status, physical features, disability, lawful sexual activity/sexual orientation, HIV/AIDS status or on the basis of being associated with a person with one of the above characteristics. IconJob.com can reject the existing membership or membership proposal of the advertiser or proposed advertiser anytime without refund on suspecting criminal offence or on suspecting spamming activity by the advertiser. In that case advertiser need to produce documentary evidence without demanding any claims or refund to prove its existence within 30 days from the date of either termination of membership or from the date of submitting membership proposal for acceptance. Only after scrutinising and verifying the submitted documents, IconJob.com can reinstate termination of the membership or can reinforce the activation process for consideration. IconJob.com will not refund any amount once paid by the advertiser on termination of membership or rejecting membership proposal.

In any case if shipment is to be done then shipping or postal charges shall be borne by the issuing party.
